Hotel Partnerships

In preparation for this summer's conference, we have partnered with area hotels to ensure both the best price and the most comfortable stay during your time with us in Waco. Understanding that churches may be funding your trip and a conservative budget is necessary, we have provided housing options of various price ranges to best cater to your needs. All hotels listed below are conveniently located within 5 miles of Baylor's campus. 

To receive the discounted conference rate, please call your preferred hotel and indicate you are with the Baylor Alleluia Conference. Please make reservations early as rooms fill quickly. The booking deadline to receive the discounted rate for most hotels listed below is June 15, 2024. After this deadline, hotels may offer the discounted rates if rooms are still available.

Tax-Exempt Opportunity: All of these hotels offer exemption from state tax with a valid tax-exempt letter from your church. Please have a tax exempt letter/certificate in hand to receive exemption status. You will still be required to pay local tax.
